About the Role As a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant at autObarn Upper Coomera, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps our store running smoothly. You’ll help customers find the right products for their vehicle needs, maintain store presentation, process sales, and support day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by the Store Manager, Owner, and wider team , who will ensure you have the training and tools you need to succeed. This is a role for someone who loves working with people, stays organised under pressure, and takes pride in delivering great service. This is a permanent full-time position , with consistent hours across weekdays and weekends on a 7-day rotating roster . Flexibility and availability across the full week is required. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Greeting and assisting customers with automotive product enquiries Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately Promoting our Loyalty Program and upselling relevant products Maintaining store presentation standards and merchandising displays Assisting with Click & Collect orders and stock replenishment Participating in ongoing training to improve your skills and product knowledge Keeping communication clear and consistent via Slack and team meetings Helping ensure safety and compliance standards are met throughout the store What We're Looking For: 3 years minimum experience in a retail sales role (automotive preferred but not essential) Confident engaging with customers and recommending products Organised, proactive, and hands-on in daily tasks Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards Loyal and reliable team player who takes pride in their work Able to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends What We Offer: $60,000 – $70,000 super , depending on experience Generous staff discounts on a wide range of automotive products Opportunities for professional development and internal progression Supportive , family-owned business with a tight-knit team A positive, respectful , and high-performing team culture About Us autObarn Upper Coomera is a proud, family-owned business and one of the top-performing stores in the Autobarn network.
