Job summary: Flexible hours available Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Follow standard recipes while also showcasing creativity with signature cocktail creations. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an excellent experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and notify management of low stock levels. Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash/card transactions accurately. Uphold responsible service of alcohol (RSA) at all times. Assist in setting up and closing down the bar, including cleaning glassware, wiping surfaces, and securing stock. Collaborate with team members and support overall venue operations as needed
