Come and Work with Us! We are looking for a new Front Office Reception / All Rounder to join our team at NRMA Cairns Holiday Park . If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience in a front office or hospitality environment, we’d love to hear from you! About the Role: As a Front Office Reception / All Rounder , you’ll play an integral role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic stay from the moment they arrive. You will provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, manage reservations, and assist with additional duties across the park. This is a casual position with a flexible range of shifts, including weekends and possible additional hours in our cleaning team, if desired. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Check guests in and out using our reservation software (RMS/Newbook). Greet customers in person, over the phone, via email, or fax. Process payments and maintain financial records. Assist with compiling data, recording information, and generating reports. Provide support in kiosk and tour desk operations as needed. Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service with a positive and enthusiastic approach. Handle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Promote park services and products to our guests. Respond to customer needs, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in front office/reception or customer service roles, preferably in a hospitality setting. Experience with cash handling and EFTPOS procedures. Competency in using reservation software (e.g., RMS/Newbook) or the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload. Personal Attributes: Well-presented, reliable, honest, confident, and outgoing. Team player with the ability to take initiative. Flexibility in working hours (shifts are from 7 AM to 7 PM, including weekends). Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
