Department: Store Design & Construction Reports to: Store Construction Director Role Overview The Junior Project Manager will play a hybrid role, combining project planning, administration, and coordination with hands-on project management. The role is focused on supporting the delivery of store construction and refurbishment projects, while also managing reporting, scheduling, and vendor documentation. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their career in project management within a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Planning & Administration Prepare and issue project schedules, forecasts, and vendor reports (cladding, flooring, furniture, offshore joinery). Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets across all brands using project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets, SAP, Lucy Star). Generate purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate P2P compliance and reporting. Maintain and distribute high-level reporting to leadership on contracts, offshore joinery, furniture, and cost templates. Draft and coordinate execution of contracts and manage documentation flow with procurement and legal. Support global sourcing and procurement teams in managing vendor status and offshore production. Ensure all records, cost allocations, and project files are kept accurate and up to date. Project Management Assist in managing minor fit-out and minor refurbishment projects from design through to delivery. Liaise with landlords, shopfitters, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run on schedule and within budget. Conduct site visits (as required) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Support project leads in identifying risks, raising variations, and resolving issues. Manage smaller-scale or straightforward projects independently under the guidance of PMs. Ensure contractors and suppliers deliver services as per contract requirements. Key Stakeholders Internal: Store Design & Construction, GBS Manila, Procurement, Finance, Leasing, Global Sourcing (China). External: Vendors, contractors, shopfitters, consultants, landlords. Skills & Experience Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. High proficiency with MS Office Suite, project scheduling tools, and SAP (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
