Join Our Event Day Team at Adelaide Oval We’re on the lookout for Casual Event Day Attendants and Casual Car Park Attendants to help deliver unforgettable experiences during the Cricket Season and other major events. These casual shifts start at a minimum 3 hours on event days — perfect for picking up extra work and being part of the team behind Adelaide Oval’s biggest moments. Event Day Attendant – What You’ll Do Greet guests with warm, professional customer service Assist with seating, tickets, and amenities Keep crowds moving with clear, friendly guidance Scan tickets and manage turnstile entry Monitor safety, security, and crowd behaviours Support setup and pack down for seamless events Car Park Attendant – What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service to guests Manage traffic flows for smooth and safe car park operations Monitor and report incidents and hazards Assist with car park setup and pack down What We’re Looking For (Both Roles): Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Confident communicator with a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods (min. 3 hours) Comfortable using technology (apps for training and communication) Available for major event days, including weekends Car Park Attendants: Traffic Marshalling certification required Event Day Attendants: Ticketing and/or ushering experience a plus Perks for Joining the Team: Discounts across Adelaide Oval venues and Oval Hotel Employee Recognition Programs and Referral Bonuses Corporate discounts (Private Health, Banking, Gym) Employee Assistance Program Apply Today: To be eligible to apply for these roles, you must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
