About the Role In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the HR life cycle - from talent acquisition and on boarding, through to performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and reward frameworks. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performance culture, ensuring continuous learning and development opportunities are embedded across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead all HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. Develop and implement performance management frameworks that support continuous feedback, growth, and accountability. Drive learning and development initiatives to upskill teams, enhance leadership capability, and promote career progression. Champion culture-building programs that strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. Partner with leaders to align HR practices with organisational strategy and operational goals. Oversee compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and fairness. About You We’re seeking a hands-on HR leader who is both strategic and operational, with a genuine passion for people and culture. You will bring: Proven HR generalist or HR manager experience, ideally within multinational or matrix environments. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Demonstrated experience in performance management, learning & development , and culture transformation . Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience highly desirable). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
