Lead, mentor, and train merchandisers across NSW/ACT Build strong relationships with store managers & teams Oversee planogram implementation, displays, and promotional activations Identify and secure extra promotional space for Optus & Amaysim Manage performance, reporting, and territory outcomes with pride Enjoy a mix of remote work, store visits, and office collaboration (once per fortnight in Sydney CBD) About you: We’re looking for someone who’s: Looking to step up in your career with hands-on experience guiding teams or driving retail/merchandising success.
