The Opportunity Johnston Withers has a rare opportunity for a motivated lawyer to join our Wills and Estates and Litigation Teams. All levels of experience including senior practitioners will be considered, salary negotiable based on experience. The position will be tailored to suit the successful candidate's strengths and interests, offering exposure to a broad range of matters and specialist solicitors across the following key practice areas: · Estate planning Advising clients and preparing Wills, powers of attorneys and advance care directives · Estate administration Handling both contentious and non-contentious probate applications, advising on and attend to estate administration and preparing deeds of family arrangement · Estate litigation Advising clients, preparing court documents and attending court hearings in o SACAT administration and guardianship hearings o putative spouse declarations o trust disputes o power of attorney disputes o estate disputes including but not limited to inheritance claims, passing over applications and challenging the validity of Wills Johnston Withers proudly services and specialises in a broad range of practice areas including commercial law, family law and civil litigation and will take a flexible approach in creating the job specification for the suitable candidates.
