About the role We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Business Rules Consultant (Objective Keystone) to join our Member Performance team. This role supports the Manager Business Rules in implementing and maintaining frameworks and controls around Business Rules updates, with a strong focus on transitioning to a new document management system and enhancing operational processes. As such we are looking for specific experience relating to Objective Keystone within a Business Rules environment. As part of the interview process, you will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience with Objective Keystone. If you do not have specific Objective Keystone experience, you will demonstrate research on how the system operates, coupled with similar DMS experience.This role is offered on a 12 month MTC. This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. You'll play a key role in ensuring Cbus meets its obligations as a superannuation Trustee, including compliance with CPS230, BFID, and FAR. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external service providers. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of business rules to Objective Keystone, supporting teams across Insurance, Administration, and other MEX functions.Provide training and support to upskill teams in maintaining business rules.Assist in reporting on the status of Business Rules updates and manage quarterly compliance controls.Ensure procedural compliance and support operational initiatives and process improvements.Oversee change management processes with external service providers, including testing and reporting.Deliver operational reporting and respond to procedural queries to ensure legislative compliance.Manage quarterly reviews, audits, and change cycles of Fund Business Rules and Procedures.Support projects and initiatives impacted by business rules and procedures.About You You'll bring:Proficiency in Objective Keystone or deep experience with other DMS's (secondarily preferred) in a Business Rules environment.Experience in superannuation operations and service delivery.Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and relevant frameworks.Experience with GRC systems (ARCHER preferred) and incident management.Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.Strong analytical, research, and document management capabilities.High-level written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with initiative and motivation.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (preferred).About Cbus Created by workers, for workers, Cbus Super is one of Australia’s most successful Superannuation funds.
