Trueline Patios – Brisbane QLD Full time | Trades & Services | Construction About the role At Trueline Patios, we believe outdoor spaces should reflect true quality, from design through to completion. We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in delivering custom patios, pergolas, and carports with precision and care. This role is ideal if you're organised, detail-focused, and want to grow into a Project Manager career. What you'll be doing Coordinate schedules, suppliers, trades, and deliveries Keep project records up to date: drawings, Building / Council Approvals, site plans, engineering and variations Monitor progress, flag risks, and alert PMs / Branch Manager to issues Provide customer updates and follow-ups Attend check measures and final inspections for hands-on experience Assist with admin tasks including purchase orders, invoices, and council approvals Help deliver materials and support onsite when needed Learn check measures, ordering, and eventually run smaller projects under guidance What we're looking for Strong organisation, communication, and customer skills Confident, respectful, and the ability to communicate between staff, customers and management Eager to learn construction processes, materials, and terminology Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Proactive, dependable, and keen to do things well Knowledge of patios, roofing, or carport construction is a big plus Must have the right to work in Australia Valid Australian driver's licence Ability to lift and carry materials as required for onsite support What you'll get Mentoring from experienced Project Managers Exposure to custom roofing systems such as insulated panels, single skin, and electronic opening roofs A clear growth path toward senior coordination or PM roles Competitive salary plus access to a company ute Join a team with over 50 years of heritage and a reputation for doing things right About us Trueline Patios has been designing and building outdoor living solutions since 1970.
