We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Contracts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This varied role will cover several different areas but will have a primary focus on commercial roles including contract development, contract management and tender negotiations. This role will suit a recent Law Graduate who is looking to start their career within the Defence industry. These roles will be Sydney based and will play a critical part in delivering the latest in Naval capability technology to our Defence Force. KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Contract management Tender negotiations Contract drafting and development Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations. Prepare correspondence and reports as directed. Ensure transfer of knowledge to Commonwealth Personnel. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor Degree in Law (or similar) Good interpersonal skills Good time management skills High level attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain government Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Clearance.
