Partner with business leaders to drive results which support business objectives, process simplification, cost efficiencies and consistent service delivery. Manage relationships with business partners and suppliers. Establish performance objectives for outsourced staff and develop competitive performance benchmarks. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. Maintain and manage risk mitigation plans including Disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Manage program governance for outsourced activities, including RFP processes, supplier qualification, contract negotiation and execution. About you: Experience in transaction management and developing outsourcing strategies for clients. Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Previous experience effectively managing and developing a high performing team. Qualifications in Program or Project Management with Property/Real estate experience preferred. Certifications in PMP, COP or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma. So, what's in it for you?
