Our client is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie or Junior CDP to join their culinary team and help deliver refined offerings from their well-equipped McLaren Vale kitchen. There are multiple positions available across their up-market Italian restaurant and their casual dining venue, catering for weekend trade and events. Their food is authentically Italian — simple, fresh, and vibrant. Pasta and wood-fired breads are baked daily and produce and proteins are sourced locally. About You: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge and skills in Italian cuisine; pastry and baking experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication. Flexibility to work across multiple sections of the kitchen as part of a team. Passion for delivering high-quality food. Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. The Opportunity: Several casual positions are available, working 2–3 shifts per week , primarily over weekends, across a 7-day roster. Additional shifts are available for Saturday weddings and other events , with further opportunities for the right candidate.
