What You’ll Do Manage a varied tenancy portfolio, including allocations, inspections, rent collection and tenancy planning. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained. Build strong relationships and provide empathetic support to tenants navigating complex challenges. Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, policies, and reporting requirements. Contribute to an after-hours on-call roster (on rotation). What You’ll Bring Experience in property management, social housing, or tenancy coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, professional approach. Confidence in handling arrears, maintenance requests, and tenancy disputes. A current driver’s licence (essential). Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (highly regarded).
