Role details: Overseeing projects through all phases, from early pre-construction planning through to completion and handover. Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to drive performance. Ensuring strict compliance with building codes, standards, and health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Building strong working relationships and maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Coordinating construction programs and ensuring delivery systems run efficiently and to schedule. Preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability. A mix of office and site-based responsibilities. About you: A natural leader and motivator. 5 years of project management experience across commercial construction projects. Commercially astute and proficient with MS Project, Procore, and Jobpac. Strong experience across fit-out and refurbishment projects. Full working rights in Australia (essential), no sponsorship available for this position.
