Role: Office Manager We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our NSW office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative, operational, and customer service processes across the business. You will act as the central point of contact for staff, management, customers, and external partners—keeping everything running efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows across departments. Act as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Manage office administration including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record keeping. Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, and financial documentation in collaboration with the accounts team. Liaise with IT providers, web developers, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operation of business systems and online services. Monitor and maintain office equipment, software, and systems; arrange repairs or replacements as required. Support management with reporting, data entry, and tracking of sales, expenses, and service performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and data protection standards. Assist with staff onboarding, training, and the use of office systems, CRM, or workflow tools. Maintain accurate internal documentation, policies, and operational procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team collaboration. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in an office management, administration, or coordination role. Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or relevant experience). Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, CRM or helpdesk systems, and online business platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to support both traditional office operations and digital business activities.
