About the Role: The People Business Partner builds relationships with leaders and employees, providing coaching and guidance relating to leadership, employee development, change and performance. You understand both the people strategy and the business goals of your partner portfolio, including how they impact each other. You investigate how the business works, influencing leaders, and implementing strategies the enhance employee performance and engagement. This position is located at our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home two days per week. We’ll be asking you to: Work closely with partner portfolio’s leadership to navigate people challenges and provide viable solutions and strategies. Coach and influence leaders in contemporary leadership skills Work closely with other People Learning and Culture experts regarding business requirements in areas such as Culture Transformation, Learning & Development, Work Health & Safety, and Employee Relations. Implement proactive solutions to address workforce gaps or skill deficits. Promote and support continuous improvement in business processes that support making things easy here. Promote and drive culture transformation that brings our values to life. About you: The ideal candidate would have experience in a health, aged care or not-for-profit setting. Formal qualifications in Human Resources (or similar) strongly preferred Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have: Operate as a values driven individual who is known for your collaborative approach and genuine commitment to making a difference. Previous experience in human resources, change, organisational development or operational leadership role. Operate with a detailed understanding of business operations, challenges and drivers. Ability to draw insights from data to target solutions that create the most value. Ability to connect with a range of employees to understand their motivations and challenges. Demonstrated conflict resolution skills, finding common ground in diverse views. Demonstrated ability to coach and influence organisational leaders. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience building effective working relationships and networks. Support the delivery of organisational development initiatives Demonstrated abilities to manage risks, balance competing priorities and deliver within expected timeframes.
