About the Role  Weâre looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our paid social strategy and campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Reporting to the Go-to-Market & Planning Manager , youâll be responsible for delivering impactful paid social media campaigns that build brand awareness, engage our members, and drive business outcomes. Youâll collaborate with our media agency, social media team, journey marketing teams, and content strategists to create campaigns that resonate across every stage of the member journey.  This role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract  Key Responsibilities  Lead the execution of paid social campaigns aligned to business goals Manage briefs, budgets, scheduling, and performance with our media agency Oversee always-on and channel-specific campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Align paid and organic strategies with the broader social media team Analyse creative performance and provide insights to optimise assets Use data to drive lower cost-per-result outcomes and improve campaign effectiveness Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice  What Weâre Looking For  Significant experience in paid social media and media buying Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Excellent problem-solving ability, analytical aptitude and capability to manage competing issues, working to tight deadlines  Why We Love Working at CPA Australia  At CPA Australia, weâre proud of our vibrant, values-led culture.
