Technology Solutions and Data Security focus on meeting the department ' s data and digital needs by providing responsive and sustainable services focused on supporting departmental outcomes. Technology Solutions and Data Security explore and employ technology to enable the department's business function via the use of modern, appropriate platforms, products and services. It supports enterprise-wide platforms and services including critical applications, networks, telecommunication, call centres, hosting, intranet/internet sites; delivers business and corporate funded project; and oversees the delivering of services provided by technology service providers such as Cenitex. About the Role: In the role of a Senior Manager, Services, some of your duties will include: Using a wide range of design thinking and collaboration techniques to co-design, define and deliver initiatives that improve the technology experience and usage behaviours of our customer base Managing teams responsible for workplace technology, telecommunications, IT change, enterprise tools and end user support Being accountable for IT Change, Major Incident and Problem Management, authorising the allocation of resources to manage planned and unplanned outages with minimum impact to the business To learn more about this role before applying, please read the attached position description. About You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Experience in liaising with stakeholders and delivery partners to understand and deliver business outcomes through the application of modern technology Experience in identifying and analysing cost and risk impact on business activities and strategic benefits.
