About the Role Burrito Bar Bundaberg, operated by Skandh Sai Pty Ltd, is seeking a motivated and experienced Cook to become part of our professional kitchen team. You’ll work in a lively environment preparing a range of modern Mexican-inspired dishes and ensuring every plate meets our high standards for flavour, presentation, and quality. Main Duties Prepare and cook menu dishes including burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and related items. Inspect and select quality ingredients before cooking. Operate and monitor kitchen equipment such as ovens and grills. Plate and present meals attractively with sauces and garnishes. Adhere to food hygiene and workplace health and safety standards. Prepare dishes according to special dietary or allergy requirements. Assist with kitchen stock management and maintain minimal wastage. Work effectively with other chefs, cooks, and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations. What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) or at least three years’ relevant experience. Proven background in a busy restaurant or hospitality kitchen. Good understanding of safe food-handling practices. Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
