Job Description We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the property, providing leadership to the team, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service and safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee all overnight hotel operations, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded. Act as the primary contact for guests, handling any requests, concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor security, safety, and emergency procedures throughout the night. Complete nightly reports, system checks, and prepare for the following day’s operations. Provide leadership and support to the night team, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Liaise with department managers to ensure smooth handover and communication between shifts.
