Key Responsibilities: Conduct all NACE inspections across projects and ensure coatings comply with applicable standards and client specifications. Prepare, record, maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), quality reports, and inspection records. Liaise with supervisors, managers, and clients regarding inspection results and quality control measure. Assist in coordinating the delivery of blasting and painting activities, including materials and equipment tracking. Identify and record any non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis and support corrective actions. Maintain strong compliance with WHS standards and participate in toolbox meetings and risk assessments. Mandatory skills or licensing requirements: Valid NACE Level 2 Certification. Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card). Trade Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application or relevant equivalent. Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months). Additional desirable licences include LF, MSIC, AND CN.
