You’ll drive safety, performance, and cultural change while supporting crew capability and compliance. Key focus areas: Safety leadership and HSE initiatives Crew management, rostering, and operational oversight Coaching, development, and onboarding of new drivers Collaboration with planning and service delivery teams What you’ll bring: Leadership experience in transport, logistics, or heavy industry Strong communication and people management skills Safety-first mindset and ability to manage incidents HR/IR knowledge and experience resolving workplace issues Rail experience is a plus, but not essential Why You’ll Love Working with Us: At Pacific National, we’re more than just freight.
