This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll provide architectural leadership, design scalable SAP solutions, and mentor junior team members—all while driving innovation across a multi-region, cloud-based technology landscape. What You’ll Be Doing Provide expert guidance and solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA , with a focus on SD, and MM would be a bonus . Lead integrations with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) . Design and deliver robust, scalable SAP solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. Produce detailed solution designs for current and future states to guide implementation. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical outcomes. Stay at the forefront of emerging SAP technologies and share knowledge across the team. Mentor and support colleagues while contributing hands-on through configuration, development, and troubleshooting. What We’re Looking For Proven retail experience delivering supply chain solutions (sales forecasting, demand planning, replenishment). Minimum 8 years of SAP experience , including 3 years as a Solutions Architect in retail. Strong background in multi-region, cloud-based enterprise solutions and integrations. Experience delivering secure, compliant, and resilient technology platforms. Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Confident working with outsourced IT functions and off-shore teams. Strong communication skills—able to simplify complexity, present solutions clearly, and build relationships.
