The Role We’re seeking Casual Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll: Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team.Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans.Recognise and escalate changes in residents’ health.Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.Provide assistance with activities of daily living.Maintain accurate and timely documentation. About You Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (essential).Experience in residential aged care (preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check.Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism.
