You will ideally have: Prior experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community support A person-centred approach and strong interpersonal skills Flexibility to work varied hours across weekdays, weekends, and holidays Confidence working independently and as part of a team Essential: Current Driver's Licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Blue Card Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online) Desirable: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, Mental Health or similar Lived experience or bilingual/bi-cultural skills are highly valued Why Join Aspire?
