About the role We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Projects Administrator to join our growing team at Ochre Health Group in our Woolloomooloo, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure and participatingin key IT projects to support the broader business. What you'll be doing Manage the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems across the organisation Provide IT support and troubleshooting to internal staff, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity Collaborate with the broder team on planning and implementation of IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology deployments Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies and procedures to ensure consistency and best practice Monitor and optimise IT systems and networks to maximise performance and efficiency Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to coordinate IT-related activities Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of IT systems and applications Travel regularly to clinic sites across NSW, QLD, TAS, and other states as required. What we're looking for Extensive experience in an IT Systems Administrator or similar role, ideally within a healthcare or professional services environment Demonstrated proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows-based server and desktop environments Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols and technologies Experience in leading and delivering IT projects, with excellent project management and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Minimum 3-5 years of IT systems administration experience Intermediate level experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration Experience with Practice Management Systems is preferred but not essential Australian citizenship required for this position About us Ochre Health Group is a leading provider of integrated healthcare services in Australia.
