Location: St Marys College - Ipswich (S) Start date: 07/10/2025 Work hours: 25.00 hours per week Salary: $34.1711/hr super Status: Term Time Fixed Term Ad close date: 05/10/2025 Contact: (07) 3432 5 About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Assisting with preparing orders and storing them in accordance with procedures and guidelines as directed Helping to maintain adequate stock levels to meet requirements, including the ordering, receiving, storing and stocktakes Assisting with the daily cleaning and clean-up of office and storage areas to ensure high standards of presentation and usability Ensuring stock is presentable and displayed appropriately Assisting with general administration and office duties relating to the retail space. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Ability to help prepare and store orders according to procedures and guidelines Skilled in managing stock levels, ordering, receiving, and conducting stocktakes Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of office and storage areas Strong attention to detail in presenting and displaying stock Proficient in general administration and office duties For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
