We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service and Delivery Driver to join our Sydney team and play a key role in delivering products and maintaining strong client relationships . About this Role: As a Service and Delivery Driver , you will be responsible for delivering batteries and related products while providing exceptional service to our customers. This role is more than just deliveries – it’s about building relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction . Key Responsibilities: Deliver batteries and related products to customers within the assigned area using a company vehicle . Process invoices using a mobile device , including handling cash and cheques when necessary. Maintain strong client relationships , ensuring a high level of customer service . Assist customers with basic product inquiries and troubleshooting. Work closely with internal departments to support business operations. Ensure accurate stock management within the delivery vehicle. Follow OHS and safety guidelines , as heavy lifting of batteries is required. Who We’re Looking For: Experience in delivery and customer service , preferably within the automotive or battery industry. A current LR license. Basic knowledge of automotive batteries or a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go. Strong commitment to safety and following OHS guidelines . A positive attitude and customer-first approach . Physically fit and capable of handling daily heavy battery lifting .
