About the Opportunity: Depot Location: Caloundra Position Type: Contract (sub-contracting agreement, not employment) Pay Cycle: Weekly Operational Days: 7 days per week As an Independent Contractor with Dragonfly, you will be running your own delivery business. This includes sourcing and managing suitable 1t and 2t vans, building and leading a motivated team of drivers, and ensuring parcels are delivered safely, accurately, and on time each day. You’ll be responsible for overseeing performance and maintaining consistently high delivery standards. This is not a traditional employment role - it is a business opportunity.
