What We’re Looking For A career minded Head Chef ready to take the lead in an ever-growing kitchen. We are searching for someone with the ability to be hands on during service, have consistant high standards, a passion for food and the ability to lead and motivate the kitchen team. What You’ll Need -Previous Experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef Role -Experience managing, rostering, training and creating a positive team culture - Confidence managing kitchen financials and maintaining profitability - Flexibility to work a rotating roster including Evenings , Weekends & Public Holidays - A demonstrated understanding of Food Safety Standards/Regulations & HACCP principals.
