We are looking for a Customer Service Officer, to join the team in Revesby on an ongoing basis (Monday - Friday from 7AM-3PM). As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate information on products, generating quotes, managing freight costs, and ensuring precise data entry for order processing. Additionally, there will be opportunities for growth and advancement as you develop your skills in estimating through training and on-the-job experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Process quotes, sales orders, and delivery schedules accurately Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to meet customer requirements Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with technical questions Resolve issues and follow up with customers in a timely manner Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role (construction industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A team player mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude What's in it for you! $36 per hour with opportunities for growth Growth within the company Temp to perm A stable work environment with a reputable company that is committed to employee satisfaction.
