Synergie is currently seeking experience Forklift Operator/Excavator to join a leading waste management company based in Homebush, NSW. The Details: Location: Homebush, NSW. Shift: Day Shift – 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay Rate: $37.66/hr(with excavator ticket) - $37.08(without excavator Ticket) Start Date: Immediate start Schedule: Ongoing, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Assist with unloading and handling bulk liquid waste deliveries Clean and maintain plant equipment, hoses, tanks, and work areas Support operators in basic tasks like connecting hoses, checking valves, and moving materials Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Report any leaks, spills, or equipment issues to supervisors Perform general labour duties as directed by plant staff Operate forklift as required to move drums, IBCs, and other materials around the plant Carry out occasional excavator ( such as loading waste, or assisting in spill clean-ups Requirements: Forklift Licence - required Excavator Ticket – nice to have Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.
