As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our biggest clients in DARWIN, managing end-to-end recruitment while growing and maintaining key relationships. You’ll work closely with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering tailored workforce solutions. To be successful, you must be comfortable with frequent travel to Groote Eylandt. Key Responsibilities: Manage an existing client account within the mining sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery Develop strong partnerships and act as the main point of contact for workforce needs Drive end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing and interviewing to placement and aftercare Identify opportunities to grow your accounts and expand service offerings Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver quality candidates and outcomes What We’re Looking For: Previous recruitment experience (mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded) Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships Excellent communication and negotiation abilities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Why Join Us?
