Sheet Metal Worker About the Role: Synergie is seeking experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Workers to join our growing team at our modern Marsden Park facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal components used in the production of our industry-leading HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools Operate CNC machinery and press brakes Assemble and join metal parts by welding, riveting, or bolting Perform quality checks to ensure finished components meet standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment About You: Trade qualified (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent) Experience in sheet metal fabrication (HVAC or manufacturing experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Able to work independently and as part of a team Forklift licence and welding skills are a plus What We Offer: Competitive wages and full-time hours Modern workshop with advanced equipment A supportive team and positive work environment Long-term career development in a growing Australian company What’s on offer for you: 2 -3 sizzle points about the company they are applying for.
