The Role As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of premium office fit out projects from start to finish — ensuring smooth site operations, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors who provide hands-on support and guidance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and trades Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards Maintain site safety and compliance Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams Coordinate fit out works and ensure seamless project delivery About You 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit outs or refurbishments Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent eye for detail and quality QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred Ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines Why Join?
