This role is perfect for an OT eager to grow across all areas of paediatrics—from equipment prescription and neurological rehab to functional skill development and neurodiverse support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy in clinic, home, and community settings. Conduct functional assessments, develop goal-directed plans, and track progress using the Lifespan Therapies Clinical Governance Framework. Communicate clearly and warmly with families, providing education and support that fosters belonging and understanding. Collaborate across our multidisciplinary team to create holistic, innovative therapy solutions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (notes within 24 hours of service).
