We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Service Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service across our hotel operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of front-of-house and guest service areas to ensure seamless delivery of services. Lead, train, and motivate the service team to provide outstanding customer experiences. Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and implement improvements where required. Manage staffing rosters, supervise performance, and ensure compliance with workplace policies. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate hotel services and achieve operational excellence. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across service areas. Contribute to operational planning, reporting, and achieving business goals. About You: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role, ideally in guest services or operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively. Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of hotel systems and operational procedures will be highly regarded.
