TP Human Capital is partnering with Regional Development Australia Townsville and North West Queensland (RDA TNWQ) to recruit a Project Manager for Jobs Townsville North Queensland (JTNQ) — an initiative of the Regional Jobs Committee (RJC) supporting workforce growth and development across North Queensland. This role leads the coordination and delivery of regional projects, events and engagement activities under the JTNQ Action Plan. You’ll work closely with local industry, training providers, schools and government to identify workforce trends, advocate for skills investment, and strengthen education and employment pathways across the region. Key Aspects of the Role: Develop and deliver the JTNQ Action Plan and related projects Engage with employers, schools and training organisations to identify workforce needs Produce regional labour market insights and reports Coordinate regional events, workshops and committee activities Build partnerships that support job creation and skills development Provide administrative support to the RJC Chair and Committee About you: You’ll be someone who is proactive, organised and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
