About the Role TP Human Capital is partnering with an iconic Australian brand, Thomas Cook, to recruit a Territory Manager / Account Manager for North Queensland. With a proud heritage of producing boots and apparel synonymous with Australian country. This is a hands-on, lifestyle-focused sales role covering a large territory from Mackay to Cairns, including Mount Isa. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers, supporting the sale of seasonal ranges and stocklines to Country and Western retailers. The role involves significant travel, (no weekends) and requires a self-directed and organised approach to managing your own appointments and travel schedule. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Manage the sales cycle across seasonal “anchor” periods (Summer and Winter) and ongoing stockline calls. Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Work autonomously to plan your territory, including long-distance travel. Collaborate with the Head Office Customer Service team for order support, reporting, and administrative tasks. Participate in twice-yearly workshops in Melbourne with the design and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights. About You: Proven track record in sales or customer service, ideally in apparel, footwear, or retail. Self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of managing long periods away from home.
