Every community needs people who can bring calm to chaos and comfort to grief. We're partnering with a respected organisation that has stood beside families through moments of farewell for decades - offering kindness, understanding, and care when it's needed most. If you're someone who believes in human connection, respect, and purpose in your work, this is an opportunity to do something that truly matters. This is not your average customer service|sales role. It's for someone with heart, empathy, and professionalism - the kind of person who can meet families on one of their hardest days and help them feel supported, understood, and cared for. You'll be part of a dedicated team who guide local families through funeral arrangements, memorial planning, and related services. Each day brings a mix of community connection, emotional support, and practical coordination. About You You're calm under pressure, grounded, and genuinely comfortable working around death, grief, and emotion. You're also organised and capable - able to follow structure, manage details, and have confident conversations about products, services, and payments. You might come from retail, hospitality, health, or another service-based background - what matters most is your ability to connect with people with care and professionalism. What You'll Bring Experience in a service-driven environment (or a willingness to learn fast) A current unrestricted driver's licence Emotional maturity - comfortable with death, grief, and diverse beliefs Confidence in sales and customer communication - able to discuss options, guide decisions, and finalise agreements A structured, detail-focused mindset Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to serve your community * Physically and mentally fit to manage hands-on and emotionally sensitive work Why Join This Team This role is about making a difference. You'll work in a close-knit, supportive team that values compassion, integrity, and respect. No two days are the same - but every day, your work truly matters. Role is 8.30-5pm with one Saturday required per month, generous commission structure and great reward and recognition programs. If you're someone who can combine care with capability - and who wants to be part of something deeply meaningful - we'd love to hear from you.
