Key Details: Employment Type: Permanent full-time Pay rate up to $85ph Location: Kalgoorlie WA Gold Mine Roster: 2:2 – days & nights FIFO: From all capital cities – flexible flight arrangements available Camp and Motel Your Role: You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of large excavators, including: Liebherr, CAT, Hitachi & Komatsu machines Fleet includes units up to 800T (minimum 600T) Carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosis Provide support to the rental fleet as needed Maintain a strong commitment to safety, adhering to all HSE procedures and protocols Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks, contributing to reliable and cost-effective equipment performance Work closely with clients and internal teams to align with broader business objectives and deliver service excellence Pay Structure: Up to $85/hr for highly experienced mechs with 10 years Tiered pay structure for candidates with less experience – all levels encouraged to apply About You: Relevant trade qualification & mining experience Current NPC Proven experience on Diggers (600T) Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capabilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team Commitment to safety and site protocols Synergie Australia delivers a full 360º recruitment solution, consisting of temporary and permanent recruitment services , and more.
