About the Role As a Commercial Insights Analyst and under the wing of an experienced Commercial Performance Manager, you will drive data into actionable insights for internal teams across our AllHomes and Agent Solutions products. Whether it’s deciphering large data sets, or providing powerful visualisation and reporting across sales marketing and audience insights, you will be an integral part of helping sales teams to sell more and sell faster. Participate in Quarterly Sales Reviews and associated analysis & story telling. Use a range of data sources to uncover actionable insights and prioritise accordingly. Manage the insights and reports pipeline requests and their respective stakeholders' expectations. Develop reports in Tableau that are scalable throughout our sales teams. Develop and maintain new dashboards and reports for sales revenue, target setting and tracking, and platforms for strategic storytelling. Get actively involved in ad-hoc projects at the request of Sales Leadership. Our Ideal Person: Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college. Experience analysing and interpreting sales data into actionable insights. High level Tableau experience (e.g. complex dashboards and reports). Experience querying data using SQL. Experience driving end-to-end insights led programs. A level of confidence to have tricky conversations when needed. Comfortable to present complex data to non-data people. Able to work autonomously.
