About the team Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is proudly committed to supporting businesses across Australia and strengthening regional communities. We’re passionate about understanding our customers, championing their success, and building lasting relationships that make a real impact. The RAB business is made up of a number of diverse sales and service teams, along with operational and support teams. We have over 7 00 people, located in over 70 sites across Australia. Our business is supported by specialists, business partners and support teams across the Bank. We have multiple roles available through out Australia and are currently recruiting for Career Comeback opportunities across A lbury Wodonga, Ballarat, Bendigo, Griffith, Mount Barker, Mount Gambier, Orange, Rockhampton, Tamworth, Toowoomba, Townsville, Wagga Wagga and Warragul . About the role We’re in the business of relationships - and that’s where you come in. As an Agribusiness Ba nker , you’ll use your understanding of regional businesses and your strong relationship-building skills to deliver meaningful financial solutions that help our clients grow and succeed. You’ll be supported by experienced analysts, market-leading technology and a broad range of products and solutions to set you up for success. In this role, you will: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, while identifying new opportunities to grow the portfolio Partner with clients to deeply understand their needs and connect them with tailored financial solutions Leverage your banking experience or your specialist knowledge of agribusiness to originate, structure and negotiate financial solutions Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, working collaboratively with the Analyst teams to support high quality credit submissions We’d love to hear from you if you: Have taken a career break of two years or more (essential) Bring either banking experience managing a client portfolio or strong expertise in customer facing roles in agribusiness Are confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers Are a natural relationship builder who enjoys being part of a community and helping others succeed Ready to make your comeback?
