Machine Operator - Loader operator Location: Prestons, NSW Synergie has partnered with a highly respected manufacturer and processor of steel products, servicing the civil, construction, and industrial sectors. Due to consistent growth, we are seeking Machine Operators with crane loader experience to join their Prestons-based team on Afternoon Shift. Key Responsibilities Operating machinery for processing steel and reinforcement bars. Using a manual bench, off coil machinery, benders and shearers. Utilising overhead cranes to load and move mesh and steel products. Manual handling of materials (up to 20kg). Maintaining general housekeeping and workplace safety standards. Essential Criteria Experience in heavy manufacturing environments. Overhead crane experience (highly advantageous). Physical fitness for manual handling tasks. Strong communication skills. The ability to work efficiently in a small team. A commitment to punctuality and reliability. Own transport (essential).
