UQ Business School , based in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (BEL) Full-time (100%), fixed-term position for up to 12 months Base salary will be in the range $102,565.37 - $111,686.39 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7) Based at our central UQ Brisbane City location About This Opportunity Join the UQ Business School based in Brisbane City and take responsibility for managing required activities to deliver the Executive Education portfolio offerings, for either the custom programs or the open course suite. In this role, you will develop productive and positive relationships with clients, academic staff and other stakeholders and you will be responsible for team leadership, workflow communication and process optimisation. You will demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive client experience and the maintenance of a productive, supportive and collaborative work environment within the Executive Education operations team. Key responsibilities will include: Delivery operations Lead the coordination and delivery of high quality and effective program and course administration for Executive Education offerings, including coordinating and providing secretariat function for stakeholder meetings. Professionally liaise with clients, academic staff, external facilitators, the venue team (for catering and venue logistics) and other key stakeholders to coordinate the successful delivery of complex customised programs or the open course suite. Manage lead generation, nurture and conversion activities for clients interested in open course options, including attending industry events and meetings, responding to direct enquiries and managing communications using the CRM system. Manage ongoing engagement of clients through the delivery of well organised project planning, scheduling, resourcing and delivery and managing the client payment and invoicing processes. Convert issues into opportunities and be empathetic to clients’ needs while respecting the business needs. Support the marketing and communications activities by keeping up to date on market trends, sharing potential custom leads, initiating open professional education targeted marketing activities and effectively utilising the CRM system. Portfolio Administration Lead, develop and supervise staff including conducting annual performance and development plans. Prepare regular reports for the Senior Manager, collating and analysing data on client programs, enrolments and participant profiles, evaluation results, feedback and client testimonials Proactively contribute to ensuring business functions are effectively supported through the innovative use of digital technologies and platforms and the design, implementation and continuous improvement of effective systems and processes. Develop strong and collaborative networks including liaising and working with academic staff, external facilitators and UQ enterprise-wide partners. Or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Be a highly motivated person with strengths in communication (oral and written), relationship building and teamwork. High level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects / prioritise tasks and demonstrated ability to work under pressure with reliability to ensure deadlines are met whilst maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail. Demonstrated knowledge of administrative procedures, systems and databases. Demonstrated experience in event management, including planning, administration, budgeting and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and interact with people in a professional manner including with your team, UQ staff at different levels, and diverse industry, government and NFPO stakeholders.
