About the Role: As a Data Quality Officer, you’ll be the guardian of our data integrity. Your focus will be on manual data labeling, validation, and remediation to ensure AI models and business teams can rely on clean, accurate data. By catching errors, preventing bias, and improving data consistency, you’ll directly contribute to the success of our AI initiatives and the broader business strategy. Key Responsibilities/Success Measures Ensure high-quality, reliable data that business stakeholders can trust. Improve the accuracy and performance of AI models through meticulous data validation and labeling. Reduce business risk by identifying and correcting data errors, preventing biased outcomes. Streamline operational efficiency by reducing time teams spend cleaning or correcting data. Document findings clearly and follow complex guidelines to maintain data standards. Support ongoing AI/ML evaluation by providing validated, structured data inputs. Our Ideal Person: Essential: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to follow complex guidelines and document findings clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with office productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Proven hands-on experience in data validation, data labeling, or data entry. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college Nice to Haves: Experience in real estate or property technology. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in AI/ML or LLMs validation, particularly for information extraction tasks. Ability to identify potential data quality issues at scale and think critically about solutions. Why join us?
