Melbourne Hospitality People are on the hunt for Casual FOH staff! MHP consists of five great venues. Republica and Captain Baxter, St Kilda Beach and The Toorak Hotel are looking for some excllent section wait staff.
We are looking for people who are very pro-active, have a stand-out personality, and know how to ensure customers are leaving the venue with a great tase in their mouth - not just from the foodbut also the above and beyond service!
You should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in section-waiting, can carry three plates, and can understand sequence of service thoroughly. Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits is a plus as well as experience in busy and fast-paced venues.
Anywhere from 20-30 plus hours available for the right fit.
