OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT The Superintendent Regional Operations is a pivotal role within Otraco, delivering business outcomes through relationships and interfaces between Otraco management teams, client leaders and OEMs. Reporting to the Manager Regional Operations, this role is responsible for safely delivering the tyre management scope of work, operational KPIs and objectives across multiple sites in the Pilbara. Based in Perth with regular site visits, your leadership skills will ensure all tasks are delivered safely with a focus on innovation and collaboration whilst growing a culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement. ABOUT YOU You will have proven project management experience managing remote workforces across multiple locations, driven by the standardisation of safe practices.
