Due to growth and an increased project volume, they are looking to add a skilled Draftsperson to their in-house drafting team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality construction drawings, ensuring all plans are detailed and accurate. Ensure drawings comply with planning requirements, design codes, and local authority regulations. Produce full working drawings and offer design solutions in consultation with the costings team. Collaborate with the broader drafting team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. What You’ll Need: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in drafting, ideally with double-storey & custom home builds. Tertiary qualifications in Residential Drafting or Architecture. Strong understanding of the building process, design codes, R-Codes, and BCA. Proficiency in ArchiCAD, demonstrated through daily use in drafting tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise constructively with the team. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
